Week 2 & 3 Weigh in

Well I didn’t post my weight last week as I was so annoyed with myself, There were too many donuts brought into the office and I have no willpower, which is why I don’t have chocolate at home. So I gained 2 and a half pounds, which in one week is a LOT.

So I thought I wouldn’t post, but instead of moping, I would work extra hard this week, and its paid off, I lost the 2.5lbs I gained, which put me back to where I was 2 weeks ago but it’s really boosted me.

So I've managed to convince a neighbour to work out with me as she is in the same situation, hopefully we can help each other J

    1. Slimming World. so i dont count calories i just eat fruit and/or veg with EVERY meal. love it as so heathly and lost nearly 2st on it
